Brief Description
By Legal Notices No. 132 (17 October 2008) and No. 133 of 17 October 2008, Sexual Offences Regulations were issued to enhance sentences for sexual offenders and authorize the establishment of a Dangerous Sexual Offenders' DNA Data Bank which shall consist of crime scene index and dangerous offenders' index, including their DNA to strengthen offender identification procedures in cases of rape.
